About the role:

The Startup Portfolio Manager will be responsible for identifying and supporting high-potential startups within the hub. This role involves working closely with incubators, accelerators, and investor networks to help startups access funding, markets, mentorship, and ecosystem resources.

Key Responsibilities

Startup Sourcing & Engagement:

- Partner with incubators, angel networks, and early-stage investors to scout promising startups

- Lead startup selection and onboarding into relevant programs

- Organize founder events, pitch forums, and demo days

Program Delivery & Support:

- Guide startups through personalized growth plans, providing access to mentors, funding, and skill-building

- Conduct readiness assessments and address critical capability gaps

- Coordinate with experts and partners to resolve challenges

Investment & Market Access:

- Help startups refine pitches, models, and financial plans.

- Run mock pitches and connect founders with aligned investors.

- Facilitate corporate tie-ups for pilots and early customers.

Qualifications:

- 4-7 years in startup programs, funding networks, or ecosystem roles.

- Strong grasp of startup journeys, investor expectations, and growth levers.

- Skilled in cohort building, mentorship coordination, and progress tracking.

- Excellent at networking, stakeholder management, and analysis.
