Assistant/Deputy Manager - Real Estate Procurement

We are looking for 4 Deputy/Assistant Managers who will lead regional real estate operations in their respective zones(North/South/East/West) ensuring smooth execution, timely coordination, and effective support for all business formats.

Acting as the key regional point of contact, they will manage day-to-day interactions with landlords, internal teams, and local authorities to resolve operational issues, drive timely site approvals, and support new acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee real estate operations within the assigned region (North, South, East, West).
• Act as the primary liaison for local stakeholders, ensuring alignment between ground execution and central RE strategy.
• Manage the operational portfolio in the region (North - 168, South - 201, East - 155, West - 173 sites).
• Coordinate with landlords, legal, and finance teams to resolve lease, compliance, or maintenance issues.
• Ensure timely documentation, approvals, and escalation of region-specific real estate matters.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the central RE team for strategic planning and reporting.
