The Strategic Consultant - HR will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. This role involves handling comprehensive documentation, creating a performance management system (PMS) from scratch, talent management and restructuring various HR operations to ensure effective and efficient HR practices.
What you'll do:
1. Performance Management System (PMS) Development: Design and implement a comprehensive performance management process tailored to the company's strategic goals. Develop performance appraisal frameworks, evaluation criteria, and feedback mechanisms. Monitor and refine the PMS based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
2. Employee Engagement and Relations: Launch Engagement initiatives at par with top employers. Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement through effective communication and relationship management. Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution processes.
3. Talent Management: Be a strategic partner to various business verticals and analyze talent planning and allocation. Direct internal growth and development systems. You will develop and implement strategies that focus on attracting, retaining, and nurturing high-potential talent. You will collaborate with leadership to identify key talent, support succession planning, and drive workforce development initiatives.
4. Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives. Identify and address HR needs and challenges to support organizational growth and efficiency. Develop and implement talent management and employee development programs.
5. Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and manage all HR-related documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, procedures, and compliance records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR processes and employee records.
6. HR Operations: Transform core operations by restructuring our processes to enhance the employee lifecycle and bring delight to their experience. Oversee the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR functions.
7. Compliance and Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure HR practices are compliant with legal requirements.
Ideal candidate:
- Prior experience in HR consulting at leading strategy firms
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing performance management systems
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and project management skills
- Strong aptitude of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
