There should be proper guidance given by the director who is clueless. He doesn’t know anything about the department and why he created it. When we used to have doubts he would not entertain us. It felt as if we were doing time pass. Secondly, my role was to pitch to the corporates for placement of the students but for some reason we started reaching out to campus/universities to conduct webinars for our Mastercamps courses (which is so expensive and not worthy). Offcourse it was a stupid decision and wasted lot of time. After a month a new manager was appointed and we started reporting to her. She didn’t come to office🤣 waoo what a manager she was, can never forget her. She had around 16-17 years of experience. After seeing that our director doesn’t care, she never came to office. Anyways, after seeing all this, I had a lot of time searching for my new job and eventually I got it. It was quite weird to work for such an organisation. Join it at your own risk!...Read More

Nothing, first of all they will scam you by name masters union, first day of joining will happen in very nice beautiful office which is managed by bhaiya, bhabi, sisters, daughter basically all favorites, nepotism you know. Then from the next day they will ask you to start working at master camps, the office is in some shit coworking place, broken chairs, AC not working, wifi not working. which is the worst place to work in every aspect, office environment - shit, managers - shit, infrastructure - shit. It is a shit**le where if you enter once, you just want to escape. Even there programs are fraud, professors they commit never comes to take classes. No job Security...Read More

They have fixed salary structure even in sales too…. They add up gratuity in the base too , so that you think its higher package but its not. A bumble created by pratham mittal which will end up like byjus if they get there. His associate nikhil mittal is an a** hole as he says pitch to drivers and all as they only do marketing on face book and instagram. No organic no likdin no google search leads. Hiring and firing goes on every month, even salary get delayed many times....Read More

What a pathetic company, now I understand why does it has a 3 star rating. I have given interview there and they rejected me without giving a proper reason on asking to HR ( Mansi Singh) she blocked me on WhatsApp. I mean how these companies are even running without a proper management and corporate ethics. I urge from government and labour court of India to run a survey and checkings on such organisations who have a low rating and people are complaining about. Wasting time of candidates. No work life balance if you come at 9:30 they will expect you to leave at 9:30. The HR’s mentions the timing (9:30 to 6:30) which nobody follows and the TLs and Manager (only1 is there) does not follow the rule. There is only politics and partiality in the office. Worst working environment so far just similar to Franchise India Ifyour got admitted in the hospital or has any family or personal emergency and you took leave they will fire you.
