Role Objectives
The Role aims to effectively leverage people potential in the Orgn thru' HR Planning in alignment with Business Strategy & Plans to effectively
execute the same on all facets of People Management encompassing Orgn building, Managing Talent - Acquisition, Engagement, Development
and Retention thru systems & processes and in the most productive manner. Strives to benchmark Industry Best Practices to consistently infuse
contemporary practices in the Orgn thru' effective Change Management, in order to make the Orgn, an Employer of Choice.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Formulates and implements Annual HR Plan focusing on Orgn Structure, Culture, People Processes and People Productivity, in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP) / Business Strategy
2. Ensures timely talent acquisition / manning as per Manpower Plan and ABP.
3. Drives Performance Planning for the Orgn across levels / Functions, as per ABP and agreed timelines, their periodical tracking, ensuring timely feedback for performance improvement as per the PMS policy
4. Formulates and rolls out appropriate HR Strategies to optimize people resources and their productivity thru Policy Formulation on Compensation, Employee Engagement, Employee Communication Progs, Reward & Recognitions including Incentive Progs, People Development, Job Rotation, Job Enrichment, Career and Succession Plans, Employee Retention, Exit Management etc.
5. Works towards making the Orgn, an Employer of Choice
6. Creates a learning culture in the Orgn by continuously tracking the industry and infusing appropriate best practices effectively thru alignment of stakeholders, relevant change management programs for exposing the workforce to newer/business focused and progressive practices
7. Drives Workforce capability building thru structured diagnosis & TNI and formulation of Training Plans for the Orgn and Individual Development Plans for the HIPO / HIPER employees
8. Drives Productivity improvement across the Orgn by optimizing Manning levels, HR Costs and the yield per employee in line with industry best practices
9. Ensures Statutory Compliances on Workforce and Establishment related areas across Geographies / Units
10. Identifies and manages Partners / Vendors/Third Party/Outsourced Agencies for effective leveraging their expertise
11. Drives Facilities Management across locations thru planning and effective implementation within the budgets
12. Lives the Company's Values - LIFE and be a role model.
13. Effectively contributes, as a part of the senior Leadership Team by collaborating and influencing across Functions/Levels to realise the Orgn's Vision & Mission
13. Plans and delivers SLAs thru' effective partnership and Internal Customer Satisfaction focus
