Manager - Corporate Strategy - Chartered Accounts - Manufacturing (2-5 yrs)

- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans, analyzes market trends, identifies growth opportunities and work closely with senior leadership. Strong financial modeling, business analysis, and presentation skills to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing long-term strategic plans, analyzing business performance, conducting market research and data analysis to support decision-making, and performing scenario planning and financial modeling.

- Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions, preparing reports and presentations for senior management, and providing insights to guide strategic choices.

- Assessing strategic fit, conducting due diligence, and evaluating investment proposals related to mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

- Tracking organizational performance against strategic goals, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring alignment between business units and overall strategic objectives.

- Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, facilitating communication of strategic initiatives to stakeholders, and participating in strategic meetings and decision-making processes.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 2-5 years of Experience in similar fields and the ability to analyze complex situations, develop innovative solutions, and formulate strategic plans.

2. Proficiency in building and interpreting financial models, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and using data to support decision-making.

3. The ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

4. The ability to work effectively with teams, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment towards common goals.

5. Understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics relevant to the organization.
