Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for operations, aligning with the company's overall mission and vision.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within operations, recommending and implementing solutions.
- Work with various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks, providing insights and recommendations to the President.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources (e.g., budget, personnel) to support strategic priorities and maximize impact.
- Effectively communicate strategic plans, progress updates, and performance results to the President and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to address operational challenges and drive business growth.
Qualification And Experience:
1. BE & MBA in operations management with 2-5 Years of Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, and project leadership.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Experience with data analysis and performance management.
6. Familiarity with relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM, ERP).
7. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
8. Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.
9. Ability to identify and solve complex operational problems.
10. Understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost management.
11. Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.
12. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
13. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
