Role & responsibilities

• Site Procurement Setup:
  Establish and lead procurement activities for the new site, acting as the focal point for all local sourcing operations.
• Procurement Schedule Optimization:
  Ensure timely supply and compliance with material requirements through structured procurement reviews and schedule alignment.
• Supplier Relationship Management:
  Collaborate with purchasing and quality teams to onboard, evaluate, and manage suppliers, fostering partnerships that deliver cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Sourcing:
  Develop procurement strategies tailored to risks associated with product/process complexity, requirement stability, and forecast visibility.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track and improve supplier delivery timelines, lead times, and quality standards.
• Audit & Compliance:
  Organize and execute supplier audits, quality inspections, and order expediting to ensure delivery precision.
• Critical Part Task Force:
  Proactively manage missing part scenarios through structured action planning and cross-team coordination.
• Inventory & Finance Collaboration:
  Coordinate inventory management with stores and ensure smooth procurement-to-payment workflows in tandem with finance teams.
• Document Handling:
  Issue procurement documentation to suppliersincluding invoices, forecasts, and work orderswith accuracy and timeliness.
• Achieve key procurement KPIs in line with corporate guidelines and present results to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the electronics or automotive industry with BE + Supply chain.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with ERP implementation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
