- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand and strengthen our presence in the Defence vertical.
- The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the Defence domain or Defence customers, including Government and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
- The role involves customer visits, generating new sales inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:.
Client Engagement & Business Development:
- Conduct regular visits to Government and PSU clients to identify opportunities and promote company solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Generate and follow up on new business leads to expand customer base within the Defence sector.
- Identify potential partnerships and opportunities to collaborate on government projects and initiatives.
Market Expansion & Lead Generation:
- Actively explore and develop new markets, targeting key stakeholders in the Defence ecosystem.
- Gather intelligence on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Engage in networking activities, attend industry events, trade shows, and Defence exhibitions to generate potential leads.
Travel & Customer Interaction:
- Willingness to travel locally and to outstation markets to meet clients and explore business opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face interactions with Defence customers to understand their requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
