Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the accounts payable process, including reviewing and processing invoices, verifying expense reports, and issuing payments to vendors.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

- Tax Compliance and Reporting: Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax.

- Audit and Internal Controls: Support the audit process by preparing financial statements, schedules, and supporting documents.

- Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with ERP systems or financial management software is a plus.

- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is beneficial.
