As a Marketing & CommunicationsLead you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for products and services.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Analyze competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Collaborate with product teams to create effective market positioning.
- Oversee content creation, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop impactful marketing materials.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to drive customer engagement.
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and conferences for brand promotion.
- Monitor campaign performance and refi ne strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and agencies.
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with financial regulations and legal standards.
- Optimize the marketing budget for maximum return on investment.
- Track and respond to customer feedback on fintech products.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing team.
- Report regularly to senior management on marketing performance.
- Collaborate with the design team for marketing collateral.
- Stay informed on the latest marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fintech industry and/or B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
- Proven experience managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies
- Familiarity with content marketing and creation of various forms of content including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in collaborating with sales teams to align marketing strategies
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance as they pertain to marketing activities
- Budget management experience, demonstrating effective allocation of marketing resources
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Experience in planning and executing events, webinars, and conferences
- Ability to work effectively with external partners, vendors, and agencies
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to foster a collaborative work environment
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the fintech industry

- Experience in monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance
