Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Founder's Office as an Associate.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and senior leadership team, providing strategic support across various functions.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, possess strong analytical skills, and have a keen interest in startups.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Initiatives: Work directly with the founders on high-impact projects that drive the company's growth and operational excellence. This includes market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
- Investor Relations Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors. Prepare investor communications, manage updates, and coordinate investor meetings. Assist in fundraising activities and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making processes. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals. Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Communication: Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders, including board meetings and investor updates.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with various departments, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of ad-hoc projects as needed, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Prior experience with a VC firm is preferred, particularly in investor relations or portfolio management.
- Prior entrepreneurial experience or startup experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- High level of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
