Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will support the account management team in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you will gain insight into the day-to-day operations of account management, including client communication, project coordination, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Support: Assist in managing and responding to client inquiries, providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

- Project Coordination: Support the coordination and execution of client projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and other relevant data in the company's CRM system.

- Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings, including analysis of client performance and project outcomes.

- Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help identify opportunities for client growth and improvement.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties as assigned, such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking notes during client calls.

Qualifications:

- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience: Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
