Job Title : Appian Developer L2 Product Development Team

Location : Remote / Hybrid (Availability till 12 Noon EST required)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and certified Appian Developer (L2) to join our Product Development Team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Appian professional with a solid understanding of Appian application development, integration techniques, and Agile practices.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teamsincluding business analysts, architects, and developersto design, develop, and deploy high-quality Appian applications. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a client-oriented mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Appian-based solutions leveraging SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Interfaces

- Implement integrations with external systems and databases using Web APIs, connected systems, and plug-ins

- Apply Appian design patterns and best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance

- Work within an Agile team, using tools like Jira to track progress and deliverables

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver on product features

- Assist in the troubleshooting, optimization, and support of existing Appian applications

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Appian application development

- Strong knowledge of SAIL, process modeling, integrations, Appian Records, and Reports

- Experience with relational databases and SQL

- Familiarity with Appians performance tuning and debugging tools

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira

- Ability to interact with clients and technical teams at various levels

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Certifications (Mandatory) :

- Appian Certified Senior Developer required

- Appian Lead Developer Certification highly preferred

Nice to Have :

- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps for Appian deployments

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

- Exposure to Appian RPA and Appian AI/ML capabilities

Work Schedule : Candidate must be available till 12 : 00 PM EST to attend daily team calls and collaboration sessions
