Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and technical proficiency to develop compelling visuals that engage and inspire our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Generate innovative design concepts that resonate with and captivate our target customers, aligning with brand messaging and marketing strategies.
• Artwork Creation: Design and produce high-quality graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including product brochures, leaflets, one-pagers, in-house newsletters, print advertisements, social media posts, product packaging, email campaigns, and more.
• Tailored Graphics: Create visuals that address specific promotional objectives and business needs, ensuring clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
• Design Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance designs, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail throughout the revision process.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, actively seeking opportunities for professional development to enhance your skill set.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with printing vendors to ensure the accurate production and timely delivery of printed materials, maintaining quality standards throughout the process.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools will be an added advantage

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

- Experience in creating designs for both digital and print formats

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that highlight creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail
