Role & responsibilities :

• Salesforce Automation system management (Sefmed/BIZOM).
• Sample Management
• Event Coordination - Team will share the event requirement within the timeline and coordinate with concern department.
• Activity Data Collation - OT/ Nurse/Department activity and share with concern department.
• Training Coordination for team and new joiners.
• Field employees Expenses verification.
• Candidate will be one point of contact for Teams.
• Will connect with PSO directly for monthly submission and will be a connect between HQ and Team
• Responsible for Monthly Submissions (report collation and validation)
• Brochure management (fulfilling the PSO requirement take requisition and manage the same).

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate prior experience as sales coordination.
• MS Office proficiency; MS Excel expertise (mandatory)
• 2-3 year of experience.
• Good communication skill, written and verbal.
• Local Language proficiency is required.
