Job Description

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Head to lead and expand our IT services business.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

- This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in IT services.

- Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.

Strategic Planning & Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

- Define go-to-market strategies and position the company's services effectively.

- Work closely with internal teams to refine service offerings based on market demand.

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long term partnerships.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability.

- Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance service delivery.

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.

- Mentor and guide junior business development executives to achieve team goals.

- Work closely with marketing teams to enhance brand presence and lead generation efforts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.

- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
