What You'll Own:
- Lead Enterprise Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire high-value enterprise accounts, focusing on deals typically in the $100,000+ ARR range.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own and drive the entire enterprise sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification to closing complex deals and ensuring customer success post-sale.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability while driving results.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to help team members achieve their potential.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted partner to drive long-term success.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, constantly refining sales strategies to stay competitive and align with the companys goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies, offering customer feedback to improve product offerings.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Oversee accurate sales forecasting, tracking of key metrics, and regular reporting to the executive team on progress, performance, and challenges in the sales pipeline.
- Contract Negotiations & Deal Structuring: Lead complex negotiations with enterprise customers, ensuring contracts are favorable for both the client and the company while maintaining profitability.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously optimize the sales process, identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and close rates while maintaining a focus on high-quality customer experiences.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong understanding of SaaS/CRM/MarTech
- Demonstrated ability to sell to large consumer brands and close high-value deals
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Proven experience managing long, complex sales cycles
- Hustle, ownership, and a hunger to win were a startup!
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience selling to CMOs or marketing decision-makers in B2C companies
- Have worked in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Understand CRM, loyalty, and personalization ecosystems
