Dislikes

CEO Ravi just withdrawing more by giving appraisal percentage less than the inflation rate or the top star rating for the performance. No benefits for employees. Stating new offices at one corner of city and not providing transport. It is very difficult to overcome expenses to travel that long distances. If we want to take rent nearby, the rents are out of scope of the salaries paid here.

I learned many things from cognizant. I went to cognizant as a fresher and resigned as process specialist due my health issues. Now I can servive anywhere learned many skills nd managing work nd life.

Dislikes

There is nothing like that dislike but only if there will be a change in package nd timings it will be most good organization to work.
