- Terrible and rude HR management - Unfair roll out of hikes as hikes are given 8 months after the calendar year if at all the management decides to give increment. - Hexaware is known to deliberately delay increments by giving lame excuses like leadership out of country, poor market conditions, decisions by competitors inspite of good annual results of organization. - Exploitation of employees is blatant - Companies profits grow in high teens where as top hard working employees also get merely 1-6% if they are lucky - No one gives proper answers when asked about promotion and salary increment....Read More
