Oh boy, can I go on and on. -They expect you to understand whatever taught in the training within two days! Zoho recruit is too hard for freshers to understand and that too within two days. -There is a desktime tracker installed in your laptop/PC which will constantly monitor what you are doing, if you are idle for two minutes theywill think you are not working -If your work gets over before time, you cannot log out, they will cut half your salary -Will shift you to other departments suddenly and expect you to work there from first day itself -International recruitment is hardest, you basically have to sell it to people, at the end it's a sales kinda job -They will unnecessarily stretch your working hours till 8-8:30 without overtime pay when it is till 6:30, but if you are late by 15 minutes you'll lose one day's worth salary -Some team leader's and managers will make you work like anything Before joining this company, please go through the ambition box and Glassdoor reviews properly. I have done a big mistake not checking them out and now I am suffering. It is better to be unemployed rather than joining this hellish company....Read More

Ther is a big list which I cant upload here, but top 5 worst dislikes are 1. Poor and very poor work management, you won't get any help from your senior management at all. 2. Because of the poor work life balance I was thought to make suicide but then I thought shrew you. 3. If you are very good or excellent at your work they will never think twice before transferring you to another domain or termination. 4. Seniors and manager's are worst regarding problem solving and work skill development. 5. Last and most important after joining within 2 months they will place you in the cloud by their sweet and fake words nad after 1 single mistake you make they will snatch the stair and you will fall like anything and they will make sure you wont be able to get yourself back together again. One more thing, they will make you strech your working hour till 8.30 to 9 pm where the time is till 6.30 without any extra pay or overtime pay....Read More
