Though overall I am very happy with my tenure at Adtran little disappointed the way I was informed about my last working day at my office.

Work Details

Responsible for all service business and service delivery performance for customers in India. I was leading a team of 15 customers support engineers spread across the country to support BSNL broadband network and also supported Airtel network.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
