1. Apart from salary, there are additional benefits. But it is not spoken much on social media. E.g: A part of covid relief, Akamai provided 1200$ worth of reimbursement and 2 times Compassion fund (Maximum 5 thousand $)for people who got impacted due to Covid. Akamai is one of the underrated companies. 2. Transparency 3. Friendly culture 4. Good management

Very supportive team and the structure of organization, the dedication they show in delivering CDN, various security products and Leading edge platform technologies are very impressive. Considering covid situation, there is a great effort being taken by Akamai (Covid 19 relief matching program) to give back to society also they spend 300$ to each employees to buy Office chair, desk, and other work related things to make our work from home life easier and comfortable....Read More
