It's a good place to start your carrier in a international bpo sector. Take home sal. Is not that good but you can get good incentives plus halfyearly and annual bonus is what you can gain most. Transportation is also good but you will loose 3-4 hours in travelling apart from 9 hours of your job. Also shift timings where every body lose intrest it will be 247 shifts mostly nights. Overall a good place to work.

There is no job security....One fine day, you may lose your job. If there is no client requiement there will be a ramp down and that will be your last working day.
Regarding promotion / growth: Politics is having a big role in growth. Eventhough, you are a best employee and eligible to get the next higher role, you may not get the role due to internal politics. Managers play favourism here. If you are having a good relationship with managers and going out for boozing and fun, your growth will be taken care off by them.

I feel, there is nothing much to like about 24/7. I have seen many of my team mates get frustrated working with this worst company. Every facilities provided are worst, especially transport and more of graveyard shifts. Nothing is in organized manner. Employees will join today and quit tomorrow. I suggest not to join in this company, as career will go for a toss and its a fact.

Work environment is good, career growth can expect faster, training will be good, teammates are friendly, offers bravo point for every achievement, you can expect higher I based on your performance.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal is worse, they won't give any better hike, it will be limited to 100's. Managers don't even care about employees (agents) , HR's won't respond to salary issues, They say that it is Rotational shifts, but don't expect it, they will throw you in only night shifts.

The work environment is so good overall. There's a transperancy in d company where everything was taken care off interms of teamwork, transport, also it was a great place to learn new things!

I feel career growth wasn't that great as being a big company, everything or most of the times, the career growth opportunity are given to tenure agents and not depends on the performance.

I worked for the Expedia process and it was the worst process there. No one gets salary what was promised and the work culture there is just parhetic, you just don’t feel like working there.

Everything about the organisation can be summarised in one word - Pathetic. There is no career growth and they don’t believe in retaining employees. They absolutely don’t care about their employees. I feel happy that i left that place for good.

Only kohls process know how to take care of the employees and how to give respect to them

Even after training for two months they remove people without reason giving hopes for them like we are working on it and all, they keep the people on hold, the AT&T people should first know what professionalism means they don't maintain and they want others to maintain, how disgusting they are

As a beginner was given an opportunity to work without any experience and was provided with adequate skill development training

Dislikes

Did not give due credit to the seniors who worked and built the company. Promotions were stopped abruptly without any valid reason and HR was not giving any convincing answers. Overall very bad experience working in the company
