I like Nothing about amazon supply chain

Dislikes

I hate Everything about Amazon supply chain. Program Managers and L7 misbehave. Don't join teams with managers Divya Kapoor, Samaddar Indranil and Aseem Khosla. They all take grudge on employees. Favouritism and groupism is their forte. If you have no choice then join but take IJP in 6 months.

Great company it gives supportive environment, though exceptions might be there but still the brand value is also there.

Dislikes

Internal promotions in amazons takes indefinite time, its better to join the amazon already at a good position L5 around level because the perks and salary are already good enough you dont think much for promotion to L6 but if you join at L3 its hard for you to get promoted to L4, often you will find people who move out of amazon and returned and rejoined at L4 but they would have never got promoted internally. so getting hired at a position is easier than getting promoted to that position. its true for all IT industry i think and same with amazon....Read More
