Company policies are excellent but local management not good.

Dislikes

Appraisal was above target but hold confirmation 3 years after giving my 100% service, because if confirmed then company bound to pay performance bonus.

The company is really open and very nice environment to work. The Company provides good salary as well.So I prefer Avis India have a perfect work area.

Growth is slow. Some times work pressure is high but it's manageable.

All employees come from various cultural background and everyone works in collaboration. Also the company welcomes the ex- employees who would like to rejoin. Good employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

Supervisors should be more team-centric. They need to understand and care for teams work life balance. In this way the team will too care about his or her responsibilities at work and this will help to achieve companies goal.

Work Details

Great! The managers have showed lot of confidence on me and I believe I have lived up to their expectations. Sometimes hectic but challenging. I take it as a great learning experience.
