The company management and HR policy is transparent. Work environment is good. Salary hike through appraisal are fair. Award and appreciation program is very motivational.

Dislikes

Job training is not that strong. No issues with salary but Career growth is slow. Management doesn't place the designation or job roles as per the knowledge,efficiency and work experience ,eg.- who is very efficient in operation is placed in sales department. Management doesn't address the actual issues.

Work Details

I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session and it was a new roles and responsibilities for me. I got chance to learned a lot and it was quite interesting.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
