Everything related to work life balance, your growth and your happiness in the company is completely related to your boss. Because there is no policy in place to support any employees in Byju's.

Dislikes

0 policy Favouritism and no one questions that. If you are questioning your name will be next in layoff list. No proper growth and guidance in your portfolio. Salary deductions will out any reason. PF for sep 2022 to Jan 2023 is not credited mentioning that company is not having money. Mico management at the peak, so that employees will leave their own.
