This feels like a school. You are expected to call your manager “sir” in many teams. They hire “trainees” from college without paying a single penny and make them work like their life depends on it under the pretext of offering them a full-time role. I came here looking at how highly this company’s rated for the culture, and I regret it. It feels so backward compared to other companies. Also, if you are being paid more than usual for a role here, prepare to lose your sanity. Some teams hire junior folks to back fill higher-level roles. That’s why you might get extra cash, but they’ll grind you to the bone....Read More

I like most of the workers and their time and care thought of for the kids. T-shirts and check ins.

Lights on, there should be a dimmer for kiddos or a way to cover lights. Highly distracted and not good for kids. No shorts. Shorts or skirts should be fine as long as they are not inappropriate. I think at times kids need care and they have mixed ways they try to care but, at times the business feels as if many kids may listen if able to sleep and employees should take sick days. Don't join Tempus team. It is the worst. lot of people have left the team or moved abroad. Seniors are unfriendly and unsupportive. They can even go to the point of harassing you. Overall in cadence, old people have created lobbies due to their insecurities. This will cap your progress.
