Only Government Job tagging makes you satisfied. Exposure in all aspects viz credit ,recovery,SMA etc

Transfer Policy is not transparent ,many people's you will find who continues their home place for more than 10 years ,since become clerk to till higher post.Genuine people try hard to survive ,staff crunch , Branch Manager handling branche without getting proper infrastructure.Rural branches are pathetic to work ,No proper HR policy. Difficult to get monthly allowance , No support staff No recovery team Vertical wise work is not implemented. Recovery is very difficult task while handling branch with shortage of staff. Off days you have to work else you will again get stuck with customer dealing as usual and your pending work never completes.Old branch more than 10 years is very difficult to work. Poor compensation while transferring your household items inter City/state. No policy regarding work from home. Recruitment is not at optimum level to compensate retirees and resigners exit.
