Working with Codalien technologies has been a roller coaster ride for me. From starting my learning journey to becoming a skilled full stack developer, it has been ups and downs but my seniors have helped to get over all the challenges. The work environment is also fun, they never let you get bored as they keep engaging employees with fun excercises, team outings and employee engagement programs.

Dislikes

I would love working at codalien even more if we could get more bootcamps.

The Work Culture is good Vast Scope for learning Seniors are super helpful You can get immense growth after 1 year at Codalien (first year is ofcourse for learning) We also often get team outings to relieve work stress which is the best bast.

I haven't notices any disadvantages so far.

Great Learning and mentorship Good work and projects Competitive salaries and ESOPs expanded to middle east giving opportunity to work from Bharain aswell. Salaries on time now, earlier was an issue but the company was a startup, but now fixed this and no such issue as of now. Salaries come on first day of month. Good vision for the expansion of the company.

They should ramp up the management team as the current is too busy.
