No management, unorganised work, long hours(12-15 hours generally). They will call you even after working 12-15 hours of working when you are at home or on they way and ask you to work as soon as their client asks. They treats employees like slave. Most highly unprofessional environment I can think of. You can also see employees fighting like street dogs because of toxicity. From lower to higher management everyone is very toxic. Even after that they don’t value the efforts you are putting. Highly political environment. Just forget about your life if you want to join this company....Read More

Honestly, there's nothing like about this comapny. Even after working hard, there's No appreciation and the work environment is EXTREMELY STRESSFUL.

- Workload with constant pressure. - No Job Security. - Toxic office politics. There is a saying: "Good is Rewarded with good, and bad with bad." But in this company, It's completely the opposite - good people are treated very very badly, and bad people are treated well. I will just say this much - the rest you are smart enough to understand.
