Luckily the project team for which I am working is the best so far. Nice big and green campus with good infra and facilities. Good compensation for deserving candidates. Onsite opportunities.

Dislikes

Not much options to save tax in salary. HR admin team is not so approachable. Lesser team building activities. Headphones and mouse unavailability for remote work.

Like should be given by management no employee will be having any likes except humiliation by the management unless if some one likes it

Dislikes

Humiliation by the management, no respect to employees, no clear vision and growth prospects of the management, RDM exists but won’t show any projects, BHR exists won’t reply for any of your message but will send message to resign from the company in single sentence. Every company says work life balance but here in Coforge no work no life balance but humiliation and hitting the self respect. They haven’t added the slide on on boarding deck with policy saying we need to meet HR and say Hi every morning like kids saying good morning teacher in school days...Read More
