#Too much work pressure #No job security #Bad manager #It takes ages to resolve internal issues like system or salary related. #So many reasons in deducting salary. #No free transport, no free food or nothing at all.

Webhelp infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

Webhelp transportation is pathetic for its employees. They dont have efficient transport system in place and adequate fleet for the transportation of the employees. People at times wait for more than 90 mins after the end of the shifts for their drop offs. Company should engage and hire reliable transport vendors as Concentrix does.

Company says it's UK Culture but it's worst, similar like any low scale call center. Specially Vikram Arya, team Leader, Anuj Khera tiktok manager, trainer Rohit. not good at all

Company hiring managers from outside and they have no manner. They're promoting those people who can't even speak or write one single sentence in English. They all are couple or husband wife. I deserved to be team leader but these stupid fellas. I filed case against them and I won. There HR manager came in court and said hi, how areyou? I never saw him anywhere in webhelp but he pretended to be my friend who meets you daily. lol....Read More

tiktok process is very bad. IF you can li*k or suck then you're welcome in webhelp. it's everywhere but here it's 95%. PARENTS -- PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR KIDS IN THIS COMPANY. NO GROWTH. WORK PRESSURE IS EVERYWHERE BUT THEY WILL PULL YOUR PERS
