It is good to start in company but it is not good for longer time because growth in this company is almost nil. Please do not think thaat i am saying so because i did not get promoted.. I am talking about the best agents of each team...of 20 beat performer only 2 or 3 get promoted in 6-8 years.. I was best in beginning upto 2 yearsafter that I was demoralised by company's promotion policies and very low salary even after working 6-8 years.. You will start at 20 k approx and even if you get promoted in 6-8 years as lead after working very hard ,you will end up with salary of maximum 30-35 km..this is true relaity of this company... Low salary...no promotion in 6-8 years for top performers and no good increment..your salary will increase rs 500-800 per years.. You get promotion (if you perform good) but they are temporary promotions without any increment in salary.. You will never get permanent in 6-8 years..only 1 or 2% employees get promoted on time..
