It's only for Salesforce guys. They will even give you training if you want to learn Salesforce. If your not interested in Salesforce you will face a lot of challenges in order to survive. Time entries is painful

Mangement and HR Team is very Active. They really work toward employee benefits and well being. Work with latest offerings of salesforce. Appraisal happens once you complete one year from your date of joining no matter what time of year you join so its always fair for every employee. I have worked in 2 other companies in past, so I can understand the likes/dislikes in a relative way. Company really treats all the employees like a family. Our concerns/feedbacks are heard and worked upon on priority. This is the most required in covid times. All decisions are taken through surveys. Trust/integrity are the things they speak about always, stand by it and expect from others too. The work/projects are on latest techs and learning/salary growth is at good pace. Challenging work, peers/leads are easy going. Liked the leave policies, full gross encashments and compo offs.

Need to add more managers/structure, the current structure is mostly flat, which works well, but might be tricky to scale.

Management and employee dealing. Providing benefits but taking it back in a way. So many hidden T&C my time. They did not wear the expenses at client end. Provide Work from home and start counting it as negative at time of appraisal, If you are logging non-billable time than it your fault because responsible people never make POA for the candidate. Management is wrong but you will be blamed. They create situation and in last they wrap it with taking strict action for the employee who found in that situation and say this came so now they will take care. Immature working environment. Only showing but no mature decision. Senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is painful. They create discriminations between employee. Very bad place for freshers . Even the trainers doesn't support to the juniors. I was entered as a fresher. The employees of the comapny are rude and they don't support to their juniors. So it is not the best place for freshers.
