I have worked in 2 other companies in past, so I can understand the likes/dislikes in a relative way. Company really treats all the employees like a family. Our concerns/feedbacks are heard and worked upon on priority. This is the most required in covid times. All decisions are taken through surveys. Trust/integrity are the things they speak about always, stand by it and expect from others too. The work/projects are on latest techs and learning/salary growth is at good pace. Trainings are good here and when I joined here, i noticed the juniors know more than me. :(...Read More
