Overall since the resources in the organisation are less, it creates an opportunity for one to develop interpersonal skills.

Dislikes

The work culture, the work life balance, and the resource management is not at all in the favour of the employee. The management is not even honest to their employees.

Work Details

Work policy: 15 days of work from office and for the rest work from home which was also to be done from Delhi NCR

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
