There is not good point about Eclerx. They don't even have good cafeteria.

Such a stupid company and management Zero job security If manager think the any team members is not good or not able go as per HES rules ( very important manager rules) then he is going to wosh he's job and Hr also support managers only HR is not taking any kind of action against manager. Also all manager and Eclerx management is not with experience they all are fresher coming from MBA certificate only they don't even not how to apply Vlookup And experience staffs is on analysis or senior analyst level Totally about Eclerx is super not good company organisation...Read More

There is nothing to say good about Eclerx. Because of process management and hr

Dislikes

Manager and management is total demotivated for there process and also they r not supporting and taking any steps to improve work they r taking steps about how to decrease moral of employees and also not properly explain update. Hr also not supporting to employees. HR is always taking manager side not able to understand both side.

Get to learn working on PPT and presenting to clients

They hire experienced person to bag new projects and get the migration and work done smoothly and also to display to client and get assurance from client that their process is in good hands. Once process is set , managers are moved to new projects to save project cost or asked to put down papers stating there are no internal ijp's as well to accomodate. If this do not work then senior managers harass you till you put down papers yourself. No good food in canteen , no transport facility, no shift allowance ( meager allowance for night shift) , very very poor medical coverage. Overall very bad company to work with....Read More

Apart from fixed timings nothing is exciting about Eclerx. Managers behave like "Goons" and a sophisticated "Gundaraj" is clearly pervasive. It's pathetic to know that you need buttering skills rather than any technical knowledge to grow in the company. Asset Servicing is lead by bunch of idiots there.
