Worked here more than 3 years. I had terrible experience with this company. Mentors and seniors do not know how to manage work. They put evey work on developer(creating documents, development,testing and Database management) . So it is not sure that you will only get development work here. On top of that, they give unrealistic dead lines which makes work hectic. I won't recommend anyone to work in this company. If anyone wants work life balance then this company is definitely not for them. If you have other offers in your hand so go with that don't choose this company....Read More

Job security is excellent. Work culture is superb. You'll be able to maintain work life balance. Company has a policy to pay extra money for extra hours of work on weekends. However very rarely, One would be working on weekends.
