There are very few companies who takes care of employees in way that ECW does. Lots of perks including frequent Amazon gift cards, Insurances for family including parents, Diwali bonus, transport facility, food at subsidized rate. Dislikes

Hike in appraisal is more or less same for every developer of same experience. It should be based on skill level. Quite less chance of learning new technology if you are strucked in certain depts.

Work life Very balanced one. If you are asked to work on Week off, you will be paid double of your daily wage. As its product based there will not be infeasible deadline.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
