There is nothing to like about this company no work life balance. Any time they will call you any shift will be assign an you need to report, zero(0) growth, partiality and so on.

Every thing, work culture, toxic environment salary issue, Salary deduction without any specific reason. And no one answer why the deduction happened.

The only thing I like is that we used to receive our salary on time. Rest everything was worst.

The management is worst, I have ever seen, if you want a leave on any serious matter or on urgent basis then you can leave the company but you won't be getting any leave. No one is supportive and the manager and assistant manager is worst. 0% chance of appraisal and promotion, untill or unless you are good asss licker.
