EY provides a lot of growth opportunities across various departments. Further, given people with young mind, it benefits from a very fresh ideas and thoughts.

Dislikes

The growth at EY comes at a price which in my opinion is work life balance. It eventually leads to a lot of health and family issues primarily as EY focuses first on its clients and then it’s employees. It tries to deliver to client at unreasonable deadlines just to stay ahead of competition and that’s one reason why the attrition is pretty high

Work Details

It was tough and had a lot of pile up in my personal life. I hampered my personal life slowly that the realisation of such hampers strikes pretty late.
