Overall a good organisation. Good benefit are provided like variable pay, health insurance, leave policy, learning opportunities. Work culture totally depends on the project. Good project will give great work life balance. Good work is highly appreciated.

Dislikes

Lack of technical experts, people in higher designation are really expert in managing, but SMEs are rare to find. Resource utilisation is really poor, always look to hire talent instead re-using and re-training existing employees. If the project is not good, then there is not work life balance.

Every Company has its pros and cons. EY is one of the Big 4 and a brand name that is an add on to your resume. Work from home options. Flexible work timings. Leave policy.

Dislikes

Whenever you think about EY first thing comes to the mind is the Brand, but this brand itself is a disgrace. No learning at all, their majority of focus on work is on Guidewire. You can warm the bench for 6 months, many had done it for 1 year as well. Biased management, No onsite unless you have a Godfather. Career growth is in negative. Terrible food court. Just forget about the hike.

I work in digital practice for E&Y , as a team lead.. too much work pressure management politics will cause the lives terrible..I seriously don't recommend if ýou want to join Digital practice
