Fidelity is one of the best company that I have worked in my life. Work life balance is awesome and the company cares a lot especially for women employees. The company will only provide job security but individual's growth and goals won't be fulfilled. Management is pathetic, mostly they have managers with weak communication skills, they do not have effective decisions skills. The pay is also less compare to market and you won't see yourself grow in the company and also won't see yourself enhancing your skills. Overall job security you will get it there....Read More
