Before decentralization, the company had a vision

No vision since decentralization, most of the dept heads lack vision, are incompetent- are always trying to put the blame on others. no skill development, no growth. More importantly, your job responsibilities keep on changing with the blink of the eye. there is no roadmap of how they want to grow and how they want the employees to grow.
