The HR systems and policies are worst as per HR US project folks are required to come to office during the day even if you don't have work and work with clients in graveyard shifts without any extra pay for overtime also they don't have a night shift first you to come to office. I wish there could be negative marking as well. This is the worst organization to work with having all the negative points only.

Dislikes

Company runs on Blind trust the authorities have on Manager. Don't even consider work life balance here. They may hire you at any time no matter if you are a new Joiner or experienced. Manager will harass you so bad until you leave the organization. They will push you to limits. And you can't even talk a single work about what is going wrong on the floor. Since nobody cares. 6people got fired or left the organization within a month due to the harassment and office politics. They work on a formula "BOSS IS always right" no matter what. No proper training is given during probation period....Read More

Poor job security during Covid. They fired many employees in bench. Narrow minded top management, they ask you for company feedback but they don't take it positively, they take it very personal. Cab reimbursement policy got removed for employees who travel during afternoon say 12 pm.

Dislikes

They don't have proper hike during appraisal process. They pay well for new employees but they forget to provide hike for existing employees.
