Likes: The best thing about the organisation is it's work Life balance, there fare to bank fare to customer approach.
In ICICI seniors are not allowed to pressure employee.
Easy to crack business
Dislikes: The most dislike thing was they have college based promotion system, means if someone is graduated from best institute, he/she will get promoted even if their performance is below average.
Likes: Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore.
HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.
