Value of positions, friendly nature with colleagues working areas,good customers at IIFL, salary intime credit employees,good service by employees for customers ,believed to customers iifl

Dislikes

Some politics have in promotion s and grade changes, not completed in time eligible employees by promotions,no value for old employees ,some branches business depend by only some employees because future time face to problems company,zero walk-in some locations.some IRAs misuse job rules .
