Company culture is very bad. No job security.

Dislikes

I am working here last 2 years. Here is no work culture. No Banking holiday. Sunday also working. Our office time is 7 am to 3.30 pm . But Without any reason we are kept in branch till 8.30 to 9. Am. If any doubt pls check bank cctv footage. No job security. If protest you will be transferred very long distance. ( This is my review for WB1). I WANT TO GIVE 1 ⭐. PATHETIC SITUATION.

My experience is not so good because of the culture within the orgainization is not well numbers of people not supportive back biting dirty politics are in there and also future opportunities is is restricted. Salary growth is also not good as other do.

The bank culture is totally alike working in a shop , Employees are uneducated here bullied other on their caste & religion and management is also bad , company made good policies but no one follow the policy.

Dislikes

Jana bank have low standard employees with bad environment in workplace, HR also not supportive, no holidays on national holidays and 2&4 Saturday and on Sunday. Communication pass on Whatsapp rather than mail and no appraisal for employees who work hard and not respect the talented , intelligent , hard working employees.
